We are expanding our online scope and reach to better engage with our supporters and to cultivate new audience. Therefore, we are seeking to employ a content editor to manage our new website (currently in development) and social presence on a part­‐time basis.

Your job will be to ensure our website is up‐to­‐date, accessible, and visually pleasing through ongoing maintenance and new development. You will also actively manage our social media presence to enhance user experience and foster new connections.

Specific responsibilities of this role would include:

-­ Maintaining our social media presence
‐ Maintaining our website and keeping content fresh
- Assisting in the development of new content
- Organising our newsletter communications
- Updating our databases

You would also work closely with the web development team on the build and content preparation for our new website.

Some of the skills that would be essential for this role include
-­ Experience in social media management, online marketing, and communications -­ Experience developing creative content
-­ Self­‐management skills and a proactive attitude
-­ Excellent written and oral communication skills
-­ An interest in New Zealand fashion

In addition to the above, experience with the following will be highly useful:
‐ HTML and CSS (practical experience preferred)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with Google Analytics

This role will be based from home with flexible hours. We initially require a weekly commitment of approximately 15-­‐20 hours with the potential for expansion in hours and responsibilities. Remuneration will be based on an hourly rate and will vary depending upon experience.
